It's early in the morning and I'm at uni... but hey, I thought I might as well check out AP! As soon as I saw front page - wow! A really awesome improvement, lol. Gotta love those sexy effects. Well done! ;)
It's not as messy as before. Good improvement. You should know that you can also use blurring and the background as to add to the sense of depth. (For example, lines bending to create the illusion of distance.)

Try clouds/smoke/dust/fire/explosions next time to block out parts. I like your textures and font usage. Just work on composition. ^___^

Im truly impressed in the way you manage the effects on the Gundam 00 wallpapers do you have a tutorial or something for those GN particles effect that i may use to learn to do it o.o
In some ways i guess.But then 00 is a Mech anime ;P while Code Geass isnt all about Mechas =3
